Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We deliver orders across India within 5–6 business days. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products received with physical or software-related damage. Return requests must be made within 4 days of delivery by emailing udumancomputers@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once approved, the product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the damage occurred during shipping.
